Active College Traders Training Program
SMB Capital is excited to offer a new and unique opportunity to help developing, college traders. We now offer The Jesse Livermore Scholarship for Active College Traders. As a recipient of the scholarship you will receive access to our training program, mentorship and trading tools while in school so that you can begin trading our capital upon your graduation. You will begin your career as a Junior trader as opposed to a Trader Trainee. You are eligible to be accepted onto our desk to trade firm capital and grow with us.
Your job for the first two years is to continue developing essential trading skills and build a trading playbook that makes the most sense to you. Then the best traders after two years will have the opportunity to further their training and trade a bigger book. During this next career phase, traders will trade with more size and further develop their technical analysis and risk management skills. The best traders from here will be offered the chance to work on systems trading and build trading models to supplement their trading. The best from this group will be offered other products to trade, such as Options and FX.
This is a visionary opportunity to receive training from and then trade with experienced traders. This program was developed by Mike Bellafiore, author of the "trading classic" One Good Trade (Wiley). To qualify for this scholarship you must:
1. Be an Undergraduate/Graduate student still enrolled at a US University
2. Have a verifiable track record of active trading
3. Be passionate about trading - you are the kind that skips class to trade (not that we are encouraging you to do so)
